PROFESSIONAL INTAKE PROCEDURE
Our recruitment process begins with an intake with you, aiming to make us fully informed of your skills and ambitions. In addition we take the time to answer any questions you might have related to the position.
Each application will receive a response including feedback from our recruiters. A selection of applications will be approached for a direct interview with our team. In this interview we will tell you all about the role and the client, so that you have the information you need to consider the opportunity.
When you are looking to relocate, we can assist you by answering any questions, as well as provide you with a leaflet with a complete overview of relevant information.
If you are interested in receiving job opportunities from Magno IT in the future, then we can create a personal profile, which is shared with our recruitment teams. Any job requirements you share can be added to your profile, so that the job updates you receive will be fitting.
Your CV will not altered by Magno IT. Instead, we add a front page that includes a summary of our interview with you, a relevant skills matrix and information on your availability and rate or salary expectations.
Before introducing you to our client, we ask written permission from you including a confirmation of agreed rate, availability and other contractual conditions. This should result in a swift and easy hiring process.
UPDATES ON FREELANCE AND PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Based on the information your profile, we will provide you with matching job opportunities. If you are no longer looking, then we will be happy to change your availability to a later date.
Our IT vacancies always originate from the end customer. This allows us to provide you with prompt and clear feedback on your application.
Prior to sharing a job opportunity, we will ensure that we have all information you might need, including responsibilities, requirements, duration and type of the contract and the available rate or salary.
ASSISTANCE IN JOB HUNTING FOR PERMANENT VACANCIES
Starting 2019, Magno IT has developed a specific recruitment strategy and product that is targeted to deliver high performance recruitment solutions for permanent vacancies.
We are focussed on building talent pools to enable us to pro-actively introduce you to our network of hiring / HR managers. In doing so, we expect to be successful in arranging a number of interviews for you at companies that match your requirements.
Every year we strive to build additional talent pools. For roles that are matching with our talent pools, we have a vast network of hiring managers who are looking forward to receiving your application. The following talent pools are expected to be developed in 2019:

AFTERCARE
Once you have been hired for a contracting project or as a permanent employee by one of our clients, Magno IT will remain invested to ensure the smooth transition into your new role.
Our Backoffice will work closely together with your account manager and recruiter to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and your contract is provided to you quickly and correctly. Our services include optional encrypted transfer of sensitive documents.
With years of experience, our Backoffice has built up extensive knowledge allowing us to answer any of the questions that may come across your path when starting a new role. They will be able to professionally assist with questions with regards to the start of your project, relocation to the Netherlands, work permits or 30% ruling applications. Our team is dedicated to ensure a carefree start of your new role with our client.
After your start in the role, Magno IT will also stay involved, staying in close contact with both you and the client, such that cooperation continues to the full satisfaction of both parties. A periodic and formal evaluation of the candidate and of Magno IT are part of our aftercare.
Part of our services also include a yearly networking occasion, to which both our candidates and clients are invited.
